Source: Gazprom sets guidance for 30 bln rbl bonds at 8.6–8.75%
MOSCOW, Sep 21 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom has set the first coupon guidance for at least 30 billion rubles of perpetual bonds at 8.6–8.75% annually, which corresponds to an 8.78–8.4% annual yield to the first call option, a financial source told PRIME on Tuesday.
The first call option is scheduled for four and a half years from the date of placement, the other ones for every five years at 100% of the face value. The issue will carry semiannual coupons.
Bids are collected on Tuesday. The technical placement is preliminarily scheduled for September 28.
Gazprom Capital, 100% subsidiary of Gazprom, is the issuer of the bonds.
Gazprombank, Sberbank CIB, VTB Capital, Credit Bank of Moscow, Sovcombank and brokerage company Region are the organizers of the placement.
